Step 1: Click “Forgot Password”
Navigate to the login screen and click the Forgot Password option.
Step 2: Enter Your Username
Enter your username in the designated field and submit the form.
Step 3: Check Your Email
You will receive an email containing a randomly generated temporary password.
Step 4: Sign In with the Temporary Password
Copy the temporary password from the email and use it to sign in to your account.
Step 5: Update Your Password
After signing in, you will be presented with a form to update your password:
Your password has been successfully updated. You can now log in with your new password.
